Dr. Ingrid Pyka started her career as a veterinarian and quickly transitioned her analytical skillsets towards innovative business success management. As her passion in leadership expanded, Ingrid soon found her true voice: Coaching companies and the individuals within to thrive in positive working environments. She inspires her clients to defining their true goals and offers unique tools towards building viable business and personal strategies.
Ingrid’s “Power of Time” can be found in the TED Talks. Her books “Stop! Step Back & GROW” (multi-award-winner) and “I Can. I Will. I Am” (already nominated for 2023 awards) are recognized globally for simplifying business design and achieving effective time management. She has collaborated with multi-billion-dollar corporations saving companies hundreds of thousands of dollars. Ingrid remains active in the veterinary world through academia, local task forces and community development as she promotes better work-life balance and sustainable models in the ever-changing ecology of practice. She continues to support non-profits, authors, entrepreneurs and start-ups build successful foundations and beyond.
Haseena Patel is a healing breakthrough coach, international speaker, yoga instructor, Akashic Records reader, poet, peace-builder and certified Deeptime Leader from South Africa. Growing up non-white in Apartheid South Africa, she had a calling for contributing to gender equality and a world where reconciliation, peace and unity prevailed. At seventeen, she was part of facilitating discussion groups for racial understanding and inclusivity among youth in her town, as South Africa prepared to become a democratic country. Her path led her to being an educator as an adult where she found there was little support for teen girls needing life-skills, confidence and empowerment.
Together with her sister, Shameema, Haseena founded Leave No Girl Behind International, a non-profit organisation empowering teen girls worldwide through leadership programs. Their organisation has made a difference in the lives of hundreds of girls to date. Haseena’s mind-body-spirit journey began with a benign fibroadenoma in her breast, leading her to connect with herself, become an Akashic Records reader and the creator of Healing Breakthrough University. This journey was also the impetus for her Soul’s work, based on the teachings of her fifth book, The Truth-Walker’s Journey: The UN-Becoming of Who You Are Not.
Shameema Patel is a healing breakthrough coach, international speaker, author, website designer and consultant based in South Africa.
Her journey began when she was diagnosed with a life-changing illness. During her fifteen-year journey to health, she defied the labels she was given and rose above others’ expectations for her. When she couldn’t use her body to accomplish physical tasks, she used her mind and the power of visualisation to restore her mind-body-spirit health, and sheer determination to achieve her BCom Information Management degree.
Shameema uses this power of transforming vision into visual to help her clients tell their stories and connect with their audience through her website consulting and design work. She has co-authored two books and is co-founder of Leave No Girl Behind International, an organisation that has already empowered hundreds of girls globally through leadership programs.

All booking are per person sharing double occupancy.
Each room has two queen beds and a private bath.
This program is a small gathering designed to give you the support, community and tools for growth in a safe, comfortable space.
To ensure the best experience for you, we will be hosting a virtual gathering for all attendees.
When you arrive in Belize you will be surrounded by friends, not strangers!
As part of the booking, the group will travel together from the airport to the resort.
